Brandy Vaughn, founder of LearnTheRisk.org found dead

Brandy Vaughn, 47, ex Merck employee and health freedom fighter was found unresponsive today by her 9 year old son and later pronounced dead.

Brandy was the founder of LearnTheRisk.com and a vocal activist for vaccine awareness and safety.  She was intimidated up to her death and clearly stated that if she were to be found dead, it was foul play.

Her death occurred on the very same day as the first Covid vaccine was administered in the UK.  Pharma and tech giants have conspired to silence anyone who questions vaccine safety and the censorship is increasing as the Covid vaccine is rolling out.

See the screenshots and video below for a look at the intimidation she experienced and yet she refused to stand down. Brandy was a warrior and a hero. Learn more about her at https://www.brandyvaughan.com/about/ and https://learntherisk.org/#

Health Passport Rolls Out in Ireland

The Ireland “Health Passport” was released on August 28, 2020 in a pilot trial and is currently being rolled out for mainstream use.  The passport is being marketed as a passport to freedom, a way to ‘safely’ reopen society and to save small businesses and the economy.

The passport is an app that works with both Android or Apple.  It requires a recent test result and the user’s Covid-19 status will update in real time. A negative test result gives a green light, amber means a new test is needed, and red means a positive test result with required isolation or quarantine.

The test works with swab tests, blood tests, and rapid diagnostic tests.   The app will also display Covid vaccination status when available.

Who will the healthcare passport be good for?  Anyone in healthcare, education, or childcare will be required to have it. Anyone who wants to travel (business and leisure) will also need a green light to go. The website also says it will be used for law enforcement, in order to attend events, and for office and factory workers.

Basically the app will be required for anyone who wants to work, go to school, travel, or do anything fun.  The one thing the Ireland Health Passport didn’t mention was shopping but we know that is coming as well.

If you ever want to set foot outside your home and do anything, be prepared to have the app with a green light after an invasive and unnecessary test.  It is the modern day version of “show me your papers!” In this version, the government can track your motions in real time.  Fun!

Other than the obvious 24/7 surveillance police state, there are many things that can go wrong with this plan.  What about people without smartphones?  What if the results are incorrect?  How can this work when the PCR test is so faulty and has such a high false/positive rate?  What if you want to shop anonymously?  Clearly this can be used to lockdown resistors or troublemakers with the push of a button.

Covid is not frightening for the vast majority of the population but this app sure is.  Welcome to an endless cycle of daily testing to leave your home and an endless cycle of house arrest.

Health Passport Coming Soon to a Country Near You
Health Passport Coming Soon to a Country Near You

This is a global plan that has been in the works for decades and is being rolled out  under the guise of protecting us from a virus with close to 100% survival rate.  It is an essential part of our digital prison.  Refuse to be tested.  Refuse to use the app.  Resist. Resist. Resist.

This is the playbook.  Mandatory masks become mandatory testing become mandatory semi-annual transhuman slow-euthenasia vaccinations.

Resist.

Italy Makes Masks Mandatory OUTSIDE with 1000 Euro Fine

Italy makes masks mandatory outdoors with up to a 1,000 Euro fine for offenders.  Children under six and people with health conditions are exempt as well as people engaged in outdoor sporting activities.

Masks are already required indoors in Italy except in private homes and when eating in restaurants. Premier Giuseppe Conte also encourages people to maintain distance from their own families inside their home as most spread is now considered to take place there.

The mask order comes even as Italy’s infection rate is one of the lowest in Europe, outdoor transmission is close to zero,  and the World Health Organization does not specifically recommend masks outdoors.

Italy experienced one of the highest death tolls in March and April and the deaths have plummeted since, many speculate because they reached herd immunity very quickly.

Cases are used as a pretext to remove more freedoms but as we know, cases are meaningless as they are based on the faulty PCR tests, too many cycles in the test, fraudulent testing centers, hidden negative results, and most importantly, “cases” have absolutely no correlation to the death rate anywhere in the world.

As we know,  draconian orders seem to be hitting Europe, the UK, Australia and New Zealand before they come to the US.  Look for two things coming soon to a US City near you: outdoor masks and fear of spread inside private homes.  This will be used as a pretext to force people to isolation centers.  You must resist.

Beloit City Clerk Doxes Domestic Violence Victim

In a Beloit, WI City Council meeting on September 8, 2020, City Clerk Lorena Rae Stottler publicly broadcasted a domestic violence victim’s home address on a YouTube livestream after a specific request from the victim to keep the address private.

During City Council meetings, one of Stottler’s jobs is to read the emailed public comments out loud.

Instructions in this particular letter, obtained through open records, stated:

“Here is my address if you need it for your records. I’m a domestic violence survivor so I prefer you don’t read it out loud on the video:”

Stottler didn’t hesitate to dox the victim immediately when reading her public comment. Doxing is the  practice of  publishing personally identifiable information about an individual on the internet.

Doxing is considered cyber-vigilantism or cyber-bullying. If doxing is done with the intent to harass or intimidate someone, or leads to threats or harassment, those actions can be illegal if it causes harm including substantial emotional distress to the victim (18 U.S. Code § 2261A ).

Stottler would appear to understand abuse and women’s issues so it is unclear why she would choose to do something so potentially dangerous to a domestic violence victim.  She currently serves on the Women’s Fund, which serves women in Rock County. She also is the founding president for CASA of Rock County, a non-profit that trains volunteers to advocate for child abuse victims.

There is no Wisconsin state statute or Beloit city ordinance that requires a public commenter’s home address to be read out loud or recorded on the internet.

According to Beloit City Attorney Elizabeth Kreuger, “The requirement is not listed in the city ordinances..…If you do not wish to provide your home address, I would recommend that you simply state that you wish not to provide your home address on the record, but indicate that you are a city resident.”

Stottler is either unaware that there is not an ordinance or statute requiring the public blasting of a home address, she does not understand the seriousness of domestic violence, she simply doesn’t care, or she is actively trying to discourage public comment.

Public comments at local government meetings are increasing as city officials are exercising increasing power and control under the guise of an ’emergency’.  Concerned citizens are speaking out in record numbers about government overreach and many members of city government are not pleased.

Stottler reads public comments (that don’t agree with whatever the city manager Lori Luther happens to be suggesting) in an angry, rushed monotone.   Her irritation is clear.   Regina Dunkin, Council President,  was angered by growing applause from the public in response to each other’s comments and demanded an immediate stop to the harmless yet enthusiastic practice.

At the same meeting, Dunkin and Luther decided to move item 12a in front of public comment (item 5) on the agenda making the public wait well over an hour before they had a chance to be heard.

Not all members of the City Council are hostile toward public commenters. City Councilor Clint Anderson graciously thanked the public for their contribution and assured them they are heard.

Later in the meeting Anderson said,”I want members of the public to know that whether or not we vote the way you’d like, it doesn’t mean we don’t hear you or we that we care [sic] about your opinion. That’s not what that means. And I know that its easy to feel that way and I’m sure if I was in your shoes, regardless of how this vote goes, I’d probably feel that way too. But still keep reaching out to us.  Still keep talking to us.  Whether or not we do what you want or the way you’d prefer it to be, we still need to hear your voice.  So keep contacting us.”

This sentiment was seconded by Councilor Brittany Keyes who thanked everyone who commented and said that public contribution is “greatly, greatly valued”.

Other Councilors were not so kind. Mark Preuschl offered a lengthy diatribe which ended in, “Let’s knock off all this conspiracy, oh woe is me stuff and get it done.”

In another email, also from September 8, 2020,  Stottler intentionally under-reported the available space for the public to attend the council meeting in person when a citizen called in to ask about seating availability.

Ironically, when the public started showing up for the meeting that evening, Stottler became fearful for her own safety and reached out to City Manager Luther and City Attorney Kreuger to ask about a police presence to protect themselves.

In a follow up email, city manager Luther reassured her that “PD has eyes on” to protect them from the ‘very scary public’ simply wanting to be heard.

What about the domestic violence survivor?  What about her safety?

When reached for comment, the victim stated, “I just don’t understand what kind of person would do that.  And why?  I have had court proceedings for custody or whatever and the court bends over backward to protect my location and identity.  This is just straight up bullying.  They don’t want us there at the meetings.  They don’t want us commenting.  I’m not going to stop because of a bully.  I’m just not.”

In a final blow to public comments, the City of Beloit turned off comments only on that video on YouTube.  They clearly do not have any interest in hearing what the public has to say.

What do you think?  Leave a comment below. How can the City of Beloit and Lorena Stottler make this right?

If you would like to reach out to the City of Beloit about this issue, you can write them at 100 State Street, Beloit WI 53511 or you can find their contact details on the city website or you can find them on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

France to Ban Homeschooling for 21-22 School Year

France moves to ban homeschooling despite the practice growing in popularity. President Emmanuel Macron announced he would ban homeschooling starting in the 2021-2022 unless a child had a medical reason to prevent them from attending school.

He also intends to increase control of private schools that receive no public funds through increased inspections and a recent law that requires schools to teach a “common core”.

According to Lifesite News, “The numbers of homeschooled children are rising every year, as Macron noted in his speech; he is therefore going against the trend that clearly indicates what French parents want.”

This is part of a larger worldwide trend of removing liberties incrementally in the name of safety.  It is especially important to keep an eye on homeschooling freedoms and medical freedoms for homeschoolers in the United States in the coming months.

Health Dept Recommends OLA Go Virtual After Finding Covid Case

Our Lady of Assumption Catholic School in Beloit announced that school would be converting to a virtual model after being informed by the Rock County Health Department of a positive case within the school. Principal Trevor Seivert sent an email Monday evening letting parents know about the virtual transition.

September 29 will be a professional development day for teachers and two weeks of virtual school will start on September 30. Close contacts (within 6 feet of the positive case for over 15 minutes) will be required to quarantine for two weeks.
